The first step is to prepare an estimated budget specifically for your event. An action plan will be developed for the efficient management of your event, including key action-items with targeted completion dates for each item.

Operationally, one of our sales managers will attend all your planning meetings.

Our conference coordinator will manage all of your requirements from A/V to attendee gifts, awards, speaker amenities, transportation, food and beverage, and anything else you need.

Upon the completion of the program, Destination Partners, Inc. will review all invoices to ensure accuracy.
